We have engaged in the „Pro bono legal aid for Ukraine“ program organized by the Slovak Bar Association intended for persons which have left Ukraine and need to stay / work in European Union.
We have provided legal assistance on PRO BONO basis to our colleagues from Ukraine to establish a charity organization „HELP UKRAINE“ in Slovakia and have been providing necessary legal support to this organization in its activities aimed on material help to Ukrainian people.
So far, the inquiries which we have received, concerned namely setting up a company in Slovakia or moving business from Ukraine to Slovakia, establishing non-profitable entities in Slovakia, opening bank accounts, issues connected with temporary refuge and / or residence permit in Slovakia, various employment law issues etc.
